Return Policy for Supplements and Shakes

If you change your mind and do not want the product and it is unopened and the seal is not broken and it is within 30 days of receipt of product, you will receive a refund less shipping costs and restocking fees. 

All products must be returned within 30 days to receive a refund.

If you have an adverse reaction to the product you will receive a refund.  Please share the details of your adverse reaction to support@purebodysystems.com so that we report this to the manufacturer.

No refunds will be issued for products received without PreAuthorized Return code

Products returned without pre-authorization will not receive a refund.

Please note that it can take 14 days to fully process your refund.

Return Policy for Information Products (Ebooks, Reports, CDs, DVDs, printed materials)

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of an information product such as a report, book, cd or dvd), please contact us at support@purebodysystems.com within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a refund or credit towards any other program or product – minus any shipping fees.

Refunds will be made in the same form of currency used for the purchase minus any shipping fees. For example, if the item was purchased with a credit card, your credit will be issued to that same card.

Items must be returned in their original condition; meaning they must be unused and sent back in original box. We understand the product comes in cellophane and you must unwrap to view the product, we only ask that you do not remove, photocopy or write on any portion of the product, as it will not be eligible for return if it is used or damaged in any way. We advise that you send returned items fully insured, and ensure the items are well packaged, as you are responsible for any damage that occurs to items in transit.

Digital Product / Program Return Policy

Our general policy for digital products and programs is a money-back guarantee for 30 days, HOWEVER refund periods on digital content purchased from Pure Body Systems do vary. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact support@purebodysystems.com within the refund period for a full refund or credit towards any other program or product.

By purchasing any e­Book, product or program, you hereby acknowledge and agree to these terms.
